Shipments and conditions

We ship exclusively with DHL courier and your order will usually leave our company in 48 hours. However, if the purchased product is hand-made as indicated in the item's description on the shop may take up to 14 business days after the order date.On an average control DHL takes 24/48 hours to deliver in Italy (all regions). It takes from 2 to 6 days for delivery in Europe and other countries.

You will receive a TRACKING code confirming your order so that you can keep track of the delivery.

Costs

Deliveries to Italy and to EU countries are free. Extra EU countries deliveries cost 20€ for every purchases.

*Please note that any customs duty required by non EU countries must be paid by the customer.
